Gregory brings hands-on audit and delivery experience across water and wastewater, rail, civil infrastructure, manufacturing, mining and energy. As Compliance Manager at the Sydney Desalination Plant, he participated in 60+ audits, leading well over half — experience that informs PSA’s practical, audit-ready approach.

Delivery of $90m of mechanical works at the West Camden Water Resource Recovery Facility (with BMD).
Managed quality for the West Camden WWTP expansion.
Delivered two station access upgrades, coordinating consultants and stakeholders.
ARTC interface; safety assurance, competency, quality and completions for the Dubbo Regional Rail Maintenance Facility.
