Founder — Gregory Amadio

Bachelor of Civil Engineering (University of Wollongong)
Master of Engineering Management (University of Technology Sydney)
Lead Auditor QMS–qualified (RABQSA / Exemplar Global lineage)

Gregory brings hands-on audit and delivery experience across water and wastewater, rail, civil infrastructure, manufacturing/fabrication, mining and energy. As Compliance Manager at the Sydney Desalination Plant, he participated in 60+ audits, leading well over half — experience that informs PSA’s practical, audit-ready approach.

  • Downer — Mechanical Senior Project Manager (Nov 2023–present, Camden NSW)
    Delivery of $90m of mechanical works at the West Camden Water Resource Recovery Facility (with BMD).

  • Downer — Quality Manager (Sep 2021–Nov 2023)
    Managed quality for the West Camden WWTP expansion.

  • Laing O’Rourke — Design Manager (Jun–Sep 2021)
    Drove two station access upgrades to AFC, coordinating multiple consultants and stakeholders.

  • CPB Contractors — Interface, Assurance & Completions Manager (Oct 2020–Jun 2021)
    Dubbo Regional Rail Maintenance Facility — ARTC interface; safety assurance, competency, quality and completions.

    Project, completion, design, commercial, quality, systems and defect management across major projects, including:
